Cole Enterprises exists to provide your company the highest quality OBJECTIVE service representatives for your Premium and API OCTG connections. Since 1991 Cole Enterprises has made its top priority to provide customers with the experience necessary to perform accurate inspections and service that surpasses needs and expectations of our customers.

Pipe Installation

Your entire string of your casing/tubing is only as strong as the weakest connection. With Cole thread tech services, you’ll be assured that the pipe being run will be inspected, made run-ready, and installed correctly to manufacturer specs every time, saving you from failures, losses, and down time.

Pulling Pipe, Used Pipe

It’s crucial to verify the thread integrity of all pulled pipe/used pipe that you’re considering running again. Cole inspects the threads, drift the pipe, NDT, and field repair where possible in order to salvage as much pipe as possible for the re-run, to minimize costly re-cuts and rejections.

Benefits to Customers

Mitigation of Risk

The biggest benefit for the Operator is that we help mitigate the risk of failure. We will work to reduce to possibility of leaks, losses, and down-time. Connections are fragile and can be damaged easily through any step of the process from the mill to the well site, and the most minute damage can cause a big problem. Our reps work with the service crews on-site to ensure proper procedures are followed from start to finish.

Independent, Objective Reporting

Since Cole is an independent third party, there is no conflict of interest for the Operator if there is a problem. We objectively look to the root cause without a vested interest in any specific manufacturer, threading mill, or other party. Our reporting is impartial, and focused on delivering results to the customer. We keep a thorough commentary with technical information for every casing/tubing run and inspection.

Superior Service

Cole service reps provide 100% rig floor monitoring time. We’ll watch each connection made and it’s corresponding torque graph, noting any potential issues in order to identify/attempt to correct them as they happen. This helps provide a more complete report to the customer. Cole techs average over 8 years experience working with connections. Each has a well-rounded background that provides knowledge and understanding of all types of tubular applications.
